In December, the Zillertal Välley Rälley hosted by Blue Tomato will kick off its 12th round with the first stop on the 20th and 21st of December in the Hochzillertal-Kaltenbach ski region. What started out as a small snowboard competition tour, has now become the most popular event series for young snowboarders in Europe – 12 years of Zillertal VÄLLEY RÄLLEY under the auspices of the local snowboard club ‘Die Aesthetiker.’ The VÄLLEY RÄLLEY offers young athletes a platform to measure their skills against their peers and qualify for further competitions. The event series thus serves as a springboard for young snowboarders into international professional sport. Check out the preview by monepic.at.
The competitions are held in the Olympic discipline ‘Snowboard Slopestyle’ and are linked to the international point systems of the ‘World Snowboard Point List’ and the ‘World Rookie Ranking’. I Many formerly very young talents who won their first medal at the Välley Rälley are now at the top of the international competition circuit and won their first medals at the Olympics. In addition, young people under the age of 18 can qualify for the World Rookie Tour Finals every year. All tour stops further count as recognized Austria Cups of the Austrian Snowboard Association.The registration for the first tour stop will be opening on December 5th 2025 at https://valleyralley.at.

Im Dezember startet die Zillertal Välley Rälley hosted by Blue Tomato in ihre 12. Runde. Was damals als kleine Snowboard-Wettbewerbs-Tour begann, ist heute die angesagteste Aufstiegstour für junge Talente aus ganz Europa – zwölf Jahre Zillertal VÄLLEY RÄLLEY unter der Federführung des lokalen Snowboardclubs „Die Ästhetiker.“ Die VÄLLEY RÄLLEY bietet Nachwuchssportlern eine Plattform, ihr Können mit Gleichaltrigen zu messen und sich für weitere Wettbewerbe zu qualifizieren. Damit dient die Snowboard Tour jungen Snowboardern als Sprungbrett in den internationalen Profisport. Hier geht´s zum Preview by monepic.at.
Die Wettbewerbe werden in der olympischen Disziplin „Snowboard Slopestyle“ ausgetragen und sind an das internationalen Punktesysteme der „World Snowboard Point List“ und das „World Rookie Ranking“ angebunden. Viele ehemals blutjunge Talente, die bei der Välley Rälley ihre erste Medaille gewannen, mischen heute ganz oben im internationalen Wettbewerbszirkus und bei Olympia mit. Darüber hinaus können sich Jugendliche unter 18 Jahren jedes Jahr erneut für die World Rookie Tour Finals qualifizieren. Alle Tourstopps sind Austria Cups der Austrian Snowboard Assoziation. Neben dem Snowboard Wettbewerb stehen gratis Freestyle Coachings und coole Side Events auf dem Programm. Die Anmeldung für den 1. Tourstopp ist ab dem 5.
