Located at 3,200 metres above sea level, Betterpark Hintertux is one of the most snow-sure freestyle-spots in Austria and one of the best snow parks in the entire Alpine region.

Thanks to opening times in autumn from from beginning of October to early December and in spring from April to early June, Betterpark Hintertux is the first snow park to open and last to close in Austria, giving freestylers the unique opportunity to start the winter season in Hintertux before everyone else and extend their season right through to glacier spring.

The legendary location at the foot of the Olperer is also home to numerous events: The Hintertux Glacier traditionally invites you to the first Park Opening of the winter with the Hintertux Park Opening, which heralds the opening of the new snowboard season. The 4th tour stop and finale of the Välley Rälley is another red letter day in the event calendar. Attractive prizes await winners of the individual categories in the Big Air, Slopestyle or Rail disciplines.

Betterpark Hintertux has become a firmly established institution over the past 15 years, one that you could no longer imagine the Hintertux Glacier to be without, with its Jib and Jump Line, Pro Jump and Half Pipe.
