22 Apr 4th tour stop and great Zillertal VÄLLEY RÄLLEY final with crowning of the overall tour winners in the Betterpark Hintertux on Hintertux Glacier in Tux-Finkenberg: 29-30 April 2023

On 29 and 30 April 2023, the grand tour finale of the 10th Zillertal VÄLLEY RÄLLEY hosted by Blue Tomato & Ride Snowboards will take place on Hintertux Glacier in Tux-Finkenberg. The Betterpark Hintertux has already opened its doors for the Spring Sessions. With a unique combination of snowboard freestyle coaching and internationally recognised snowboard slopestyle competitions, the VÄLLEY RÄLLEY has established itself over the last decade as the leading junior tour for young snowboarders throughout Europe. And at the last tour stop, they will all be there to clear the final points in the VÄLLEY RÄLLEY overall ranking. Because in addition to the day’s victory, the ceremonial crowning of the overall tour winners as the new Kings and Queens of the Zillertal VÄLLEY is also on the schedule at Hintertux Glacier. Mother Hulda has been kind to Hintertux glacier this spring. After the abundant snowfalls of the past few days, the Betterpark Hintertux has already started the spring sessions on 19 April with an extensive setup. Wille Kaufmann and his Betterparks.at shape team have set up the M and L jumpline as well as a top to bottom jib line. A small jump line and the pro jump will follow in the next few days. The Betterpark Hintertux offers best training conditions in spring until 04 June.

The programme of the 4th Zillertal VÄLLEY RÄLLEY tour stop on 29 and 30 April 2023 includes a contest day and a training day with free freestyle coaching, for which non-contest participants can also register free of charge. On the contest day, snowboarders of all ages will compete in their respective categories. The young talents will present their best freestyle tricks on the medium line. Lots of medals, prize money and the last VÄLLEY RÄLLEY overall points of the season await the day’s winners. The best trick of the day will be rewarded with a prize by Horsefeathers. Depending on weather conditions, the contest will take place on Saturday or Sunday. The Ästhetiker will announce the current schedule no later than the Thursday before the event. During the contest, there may be restrictions on the Medium Line for non-participants.

With the last of four contest results, the VÄLLEY RÄLLEY overall tour winners will finally be determined in Hintertux. The new Kings and Queens of the Zillertal VÄLLEY will be crowned the new Zillertal VÄLLEY RÄLLEY royal family 2022/2023 in front of a large audience at Sommerberg after the regular prize giving. With their participation at Hintertux Glacier, the snowboarders also collect points on the international World Snowboard Point List (WSPL). The tour stop is a recognised ASA (Austrian Snowboard Association) Austria Cup. Rookies (U18) will receive points in the World Rookie Ranking.

Am 29. und 30. April 2023 steigt das große Tourfinale der 10. Zillertal VÄLLEY RÄLLEY hosted by Blue Tomato & Ride Snowboards am Hintertuxer Gletscher in Tux-Finkenberg. Der Betterpark Hintertux hat bereits seine Tore für die Spring Sessions geöffnet. Mit einer einzigartigen Kombination aus Snowboard Freestyle Coachings und international anerkannten Snowboard Slopestyle Wettbewerben, hat sich die VÄLLEY RÄLLEY in der letzten Dekade als die führende Nachwuchstour junger Snowboarder in ganz Europa durchgesetzt. Und beim letzten Tourstopp werden alle dabei sein, um die finalen Punkte im VÄLLEY RÄLLEY Gesamtranking abzuräumen. Denn neben dem Tagessieg steht am Hintertuxer Gletscher auch die feierliche Krönung der Gesamttoursieger zu den neuen Kings und Queens of the Zillertal VÄLLEY auf dem Programm. Die Online-Anmeldung ist ab sofort möglich und bleibt noch bis Donnerstag, 27.04.2023 unter https://valleyralley.at/ freigeschaltet. Wer an die gratis Freestyle Coachings oder Contest nicht verpassen möchte, sollte sich jetzt sputen.

Frau Holle meint es dieses Frühjahr besonders gut mit dem Hintertuxer Gletscher. Nach den ergiebigen Schneefällen der vergangenen Tage, startet der Betterpark Hintertux bereits am 19. April mit einem umfangreichen Setup in die Spring Sessions. Wille Kaufmann und sein Betterparks.at Shapeteam haben schon die M und L Jumpline sowie eine Top to Bottom Jib Line aufgebaut. Eine kleine Jump Line und der Pro Jump folgen in den nächsten Tagen. Der Betterpark Hintertux bietet im Frühjahr bis 04. Juni beste Trainingsbedingungen.

Auf dem Programm des 4. Zillertal VÄLLEY RÄLLEY Tourstopps am 29. und 30. April 2023 stehen ein Contesttag und ein Trainingstag mit gratis Freestyle Coachings, wofür sich auch für Nicht-Wettbewerbsteilnehmer kostenlos anmelden können. Am Contesttag starten Snowboarder sämtlicher Altersklassen in ihrer jeweiligen Kategorie. Die jungen Talente präsentieren ihre besten Freestyle Tricks auf der Medium Line. Auf die Tagessieger warten jede Menge Medaillen, Preisgeld und die letzten VÄLLEY RÄLLEY Gesamtwertungspunkte der Saison. Der beste Trick des Tages wird von Horsefeathers mit einem Preis belohnt. Je nach Wetterbedingungen findet der Contest am Samstag oder Sonntag statt. Die Ästhetiker geben den aktuellen Zeitplan spätestens am Donnerstag vor der Veranstaltung bekannt. Während des Wettbewerbs kann es für Nicht-Teilnehmer zu Einschränkungen auf der Medium Line kommen.

Mit dem letzten von vier Contest-Ergebnissen stehen in Hintertux schließlich auch die VÄLLEY RÄLLEY Gesamttoursieger fest. Die neuen Kings und Queens of the Zillertal VÄLLEY werden nach der regulären Preisverteilung vor großem Publikum am Sommerberg zur neuen Zillertal VÄLLEY RÄLLEY Königsfamilie 2022/2023 gekrönt. Mit ihrer Teilnahme am Hintertuxer Gletscher sammeln die Snowboarder darüber hinaus Punkte auf der internationalen World Snowboard Point List (WSPL).
